heya!

So Last night, Aftershock Radio and New Nation went B2B to host the 2nd room in the Amphi at the Brunel Rooms in Swindon.




Everyone on the flyer showed, and its always wicked when the full line up does.


General Annoyance busting his Aftershock Radio T shirt, good on him, unfortunatly he doesnt have the interweb, so I'll have to show him the pics on Tuesday.... but he played the darkest dirtiest set of the night, upstairs and down, and when I thought it would scare them off, it didnt, played a wicked set, big up Gary. 8)


Got to big up this lass for doing the warm up set, seing as I know no one else will
Cheers for everyone thanking me for doing the warm up so they could play later and have decent set times, your such wonderful friends.


So I finished my set, and tottled upstairs to catch Andy C on early, I was pretty suprised, he was slammin some tunes down and some prety nifty double drops. Particulary liked the Roots with the Virus drop. Big Ups

Dj Zinc, was playing B2B with Friction. I thought personally it didnt work too well... friction was playing darker harder stuff and Zinc was playing liquid funky stuff, it kinda ruined the flow a little imo...

This is Shane the lighting guy, hes always there, working hard. He does the lighting upstairs and down, and ok hes not Andy C but imo hes pretty important to the running of the night... if he wasnt there you would definatly notice, yet he is there all the time and people kinda take it for granted, bless him hes a nice guy. Always smiling too.

This is James who runs the whole night, he said he enjoyed Barons set (the last one) though I didnt get to stay till the end because my b/f wasnted to go home. I wish Id stayed now. Oh well. Shit happens.

This is my pathetic boyfriend who cant pull a nice face once with me. He moaned that no one took any pics of him on the valve (I had to do the warm up downstairs while he was upstairs) like its my fault that I cant be in 2 places at once... and then when we do have a pic together, he pulls the biggest monster face ever! yes I deleted it.
